They worked before and I hope they will work now. I have both textures I made as well as those by other people. Right now I am deleting all of Alice's local content (including doing it manually) and redownloading it. I had tried various methods with running Texmod from running it directly and then opening the game.exe plus renaming texmod to game.exe and game.exe to game2.exe and then running the game through Steam. With Harry Potter I could run logging and package mode to change a single texture in the game with no problems. With them I had bought them during the xmas sales and installed them directly onto the new HDD. Each game except for Giana Sisters and Orcs Must Die 2 were ones I had copied over from by main HDD to the new one. Of the working games I tried, all were non-Steam games with the exception of Batman: AC which was also GFWL. However the textures weren't showing up at all. Like usual I would get Texmod, manually find the game exe (since they had now moved), manually select the tpf files and run the game. However a lot of games needed downloading again for some reason when I tried to run them. With Steam I copied the Steam Apps folder and the Steam.exe. However recently I have gotten a new HDD and I moved over all my games to it. I used to be able to use it with no problems in the past. Like the title says, Texmod has stopped working properly for me. Putting this here since Tomb Raider is how I discovered and explored Texmod. Borderlands 2 and Giana Sisters loaded up textures and the logging system respectively. EDIT: I've recently gotten a new graphics card/MB/CPU/Ram and I tried Texmod again, this time it seems to have worked.
